CODE ENFORCEMENT NOTICE OF CLAIM LETTER
$25.00
I structured this new code enforcement notice of claim letter to address the code officer’s interest in the solar panels on my private property. The city electric inspector was next door harassing my neighbors about the above-ground pool and saw my solar panels. They could not resist coming into my yard to investigate if my solar panels were connected to my house. The conversation did not go well and ended with me asking them to get their happy asses off my property. The old white dude was grumpy and said that he would just send the code enforcement officer’s out. I told him that he should save time and just send me the citation so I could sue the city, and the state, and of course, he would be the main defendant!

Description
“NOTICE OF CLAIM LETTER FOR UNLAWFUL CODE ENFORCEMENT”
I am serving my “Notice of Claim” to address the due process violation caused by the Codes Administration Office’s enforcement of invalid residential property maintenance laws. Your corporation’s issue with my private property does not affect others’ public health, safety, or welfare. I’m not a violent person, so there is no reason for any city employees to be fearful, any dispute we have will be addressed in federal court. The head of the electrical department was rude to me while he was inspecting my neighbor’s yard harassing them about their above-ground pool installation, he ended up in my yard looking for code violations. I asked the city employees to leave my property and the young guy left. The city inspector hung around talking trash for longer and threatened to send the code enforcement out even though I informed him the panels were not connected. It appears to me the head of the electrical department started this dispute to be spiteful, so here is where we are. The electrical supervisor will be added to my federal claim, as promised in our conversation.
