How I escaped Jail, and what the experience created!
My business started as a project to my wife from the Rico crooks, and I found myself locked up on a contempt of court charge. After six months, they offered me the deal to get out of prison. They told me if I lied about my wife, they would get me out that day!
I told them in Spanish that I was not rushing to leave because I liked the food there!
They got pissed, and my attorney Cheryl Pilate threw me under the bus and told the court that I was mentally ill so that they could give me diesel. That’s when they say you are mentally sick and ship you across the United States to one quack doctor after another for four mental evaluations in four different states. It took me 33- months to get back home. When I finally got out, my wife was convicted and hauled off to serve 8-years because she fought back and pissed them off. I started this business to learn how to protect my family and get her out of prison. Most legal products I offer are structured for family members, and I use them myself.
Now, I provide the products and coaching to help others learn how to prevent being chained and shackled like an angry animal. They were grumpy with me, so they sent me back to Butner Federal Medical Facility with a forced medication order. That was the scariest part of this harassment. I appealed the forced medication order thanks to the support of my Mexican friends, whom I helped on my first visit to that hellhole. I won my appeal and blocked the forced medication order. I realized that I needed to stop accepting the help of government agents because they were the reason I had been handed over to the government on a silver platter. The fear of not having an attorney is stupid shit! You can screw up your case yourself for FREE! lol.
I got out after I stopped communicating with all the bar members!
I held my breath longer than they could, lol. They had to close my case somehow. The appeals court sent me back to complete the hearing they screwed up to force-medicate me. By now, the cow was out of the barn, and they needed my corporation to get my case off their books!
The federal court had not deemed me competent to stand trial, and I won my appeal after firing my appellate attorney. However, they could not close my case without deeming me competent!
One day, my Mexican friends read in the Lawrence Journal-World that the federal court ruled me to be competent, and they were celebrating; yep, that is when I learned that I was finally competent after 33- freaking months. I still refused to communicate with my 13th attorney because I knew they were still on some bullshit!
After three weeks of him calling and coming to visit me when I refused to see him, one day, I called him and shared my conditions to attend their ritual court hearing. I informed him that he needed to structure a motion to release me; otherwise, I would “F” up their hearing!!
I informed him that I required a file-stamped copy of the motion and that my family could see it on the pacer site. I was provided a copy of the motion to be released. My family confirmed the document was filed, so I went to court. The attorney had them take me to the confession window to ask if I would keep my word!!!
I told him that I was not here and there!
I kept my mouth shut in court, and I knew they were all shocked!!! Lol. They wanted me out of their system as badly as I wanted to get out!
My wife was in the unit next to mine, and it was hard to leave her there, but I knew I could help her more by getting free!
I got out, and that is what I have been doing to help people willing to do whatever it takes to make the government respect your constitutional right to due process.
