The federal judge will not use a “finding of facts and conclusions of law” in his decision, so this opened the door for you to sue the federal court judge for dragging you into the federal court’s administrative court, where you have no rights. We never litigate anything in state court; we first file the lawsuit as a counterclaim in their state case after adding a few plaintiffs. Yes, we add plaintiffs, like the state, the judge, and the prosecutor, to the counterclaim that you file in their case. Once you add them to their case, their hands will be tied.
