KOPECKY HAS NO LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW

Kopecky has no license to practice law, according to the Supreme Court, no state can license law practice, which means no attorney has a license from any state to practice law. So Kopecky has no license to practice law, so if an attorney advertises that he has a license to practice law and the Supreme Court says no state can license the practice of law, who is the fraudster?

Mr. Kopecky will find out it’s not so easy attacking this black man without jurisdiction. My legal team will be addressing the due process violation in the near future.

Conflict Of Interest

Kopecky has no license to practice law and has a conflict of interest when the acts as a traffic defense lawyer and a Municiple judge in the same jurisdiction. Kopecky acts as a fake judge in Lawrence Kansas, and an attorney on the same states. Kopecky is a pro-Tem judge, which means that we are a legal professional (attorney) appointed to run the cities RICO municipals court operation. Mr. Kopecky will soon learn that I beat them already back in 2017. I have gained quite a bit of knowledge since then. You act like I’m struggling or scared. I’m not locked up! I went and filed a document in their case and got a copy of the warrant, and they did not arrest me, lol. Dude, I have an ugly history with these fools, so I’m going to turn up the heat when I’m ready. I filed a demand for 20.0 million in sanction and challenged the Municipal court’s jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of this statute that is not a valid law!!!

I filed a demand for 20.5 million dollars in sanctions and will follow up with a demand to strike the judge’s order for my arrest. It’s about to get hot in the kitchen, when the judge fake judge is held liable for violating the due process of the plaintiff. Stay tuned to keep up with the action.

The “CERTIFICATE” from the State Supreme Court: ONLY authorizes, to practice Law “IN COURTS” As a member of the STATE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT. Can ONLY represent WARDS OF THE COURT, INFANTS, PERSONS OF UNSOUND MIND (SEE CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM, VOLUME 7, SECTION 4.)

The “STATE BAR” card is not a license, it is a “UNION DUES CARD”. The “BAR” is a “PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION”;

1. like the Actors’ Union, Painters’ Union, etc.

2. No other association, EVEN DOCTORS, issues their license. All are issued by the State.

3. The State Bar is a NON-GOVERNMENTAL PRIVATE ASSOCIATION – and dues must be current to sustain membership.

The State Bar is; an unconstitutional Monopoly. AN ILLEGAL Et CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE; Violates Article 2, Section 1, Separation of Powers clause of the Constitution. There is NO POWER OR AUTHORITY for joining of Legislative, Judicial, or Executive within a state as the BAR is attempting.
