The one- two- punch lawsuit package:
I would like to introduce you to the new package I structured that would allow folks who are about to lose in foreclosure court or about to be evicted in the unlawful detainer process to stop the process and take control.
The strategy of this “One-Two Punch” lawsuit package is to file your jurisdiction challenge with an affidavit and follow up with my new lawsuit against the judge, attorney, or corporation for violating the administrative procedures act. of 1946, and the foreign agent act. of 1938, and in the case of mortgage fraud, the FDCPA.
In the other lawsuit packages, we had to play around for a year or more waiting for the judge to accept liability for helping the attorneys. In this package, you will be able to sue the judge at the gate for unrelated stuff to block him/her from ruling on your jurisdiction challenge with an affidavit.
Our strategy is to file the jurisdiction challenge, then sue the judge for unrelated issues of not being legal before the court. You will force them to consider the fact they may have to review all the judge’s rulings if your lawsuit gets on the court record!
The First Thing:
1. You must challenge the eviction court ruling and sue the judge to block the judge from ruling on your jurisdiction challenge.
2. This will allow you time to get your wrongful foreclosure lawsuit (a different lawsuit package) filed in the federal court. Once you have the lawsuit filed you will be able to use the motion to recuse the judge and make sure he/she is forced to step down.
3. This package is structured for anyone facing the foreclosure sale or eviction process. When you eliminate the judge, the case cannot move forward.
4. If you are facing homeless this is an affordable option that will help you get control of the situation today!
