The Update is that two judges were reassigned, and we are now on the 3rd, Chief Judge.
We got a statement from the mortgage company saying they are reviewing the mortgage!

I signed up for your training course in February of this year because I was facing foreclosure on an investment property that my mother and I own. I got your course, prepared the documents accordingly, and filed a counterclaim on my case, I filed the documents at the end of February. Plaintiff’s attorney followed up and filed a Motion to Dismiss, scheduled for today, May 2, 2022.
I only wish you could have seen the look on the Plaintiff’s attorneys face. She started with a mocking tone and superior demeanor like she was saying to herself… who does she think she is?! The attorney didn’t waste time requesting that my counterclaim be thrown out. The Judge wanted to comply, but his hands were tied because he was listed as a defendant.
I wish you could have seen the mixture of frustration and defeat on her face. The Judge had no choice but to try to get another judge to make a ruling on this case seeing as how he cannot rule on a case that he was a party to. I also wish you could have seen how flustered the Judge was also. I felt so empowered because, for the first time, they didn’t just push me around and walk all over me; it was amazing!!! Thank you for all that you do. This course is amazing, and you are a wonderful teacher. I will keep you posted.

“I put the Lawsuit from State Court in, along with My Affidavit of State Citizenship and Affidavit of Special Appearance.
The Judge Did not let me speak, he asked the opposing attorney who wrote the petition if he had a deed for the property on the record, and he said No.
The judge dismissed the case and told me I was free to go. The judge said the attorney needed to start the eviction process again. Now that gives me time to move to Federal Court.
I was in tears!!!
I can stay at my house!!!

Just wanted to let you know I used your 5.5 Million Dollar Law-Suit Complaint and Got a Default Judgement for 5.5 Million Dollars (for 3 of the 4 that failed to answer – The 2 Attorneys and the Law Firm), and the Federal Court Building mailed me my Default Papers yesterday. I put in my default on the 21st Day and Got it.

I prepared the counterclaim, added my details, and purchased a certified copy before leaving the clerk’s office. Currently, they have said nothing and mailed nothing. I added some more parties and corporations to the supplement pleading and mailed it by registered mail. They opened it up and mailed it back. I took pictures of the registered mail that was opened and sent it to the postal inspectors to find out how they accepted it. Your paperwork is a killer to the system. Thank you for creating this process.
I will follow up with them and file the lis pendens lien against the recorder of deeds office and their assets.

Hi Coach, it’s been a while, but I just wanted you to know that down here in Columbia Mississippi, One of the main judges I am suing has been completely removed from his bench and he is also a grand wizard of the KKK here in Columbia MS. He’s so not happy. When we were in front of the judge in the Federal Court it was like something that you see in a movie. The judge or should I say ex-judge was looking at me (and I’m a white female by the way) standing beside my friend who is a man of color, the so-called Grand Wizard was looking at me as if looks could kill, I’d been dead on the spot. Still, it’s ongoing because of our financial hardships but nothing is over, and we are doing great. From what we are hearing from friends in law enforcement, we are beating their asses and they’re now studying our paperwork to learn the strategies that have been kicking them in the faces. I just wanted to update you on the progress.
Again, thank you for your hard work in teaching this. You are truly a heaven-sent in my book.

The last clerk said there’s no court tomorrow, and then she said he’s on the docket, but they do not have court tomorrow. Then the other said yes, they do have a court.

Where the problem starts where we tear it apart.. everything that happened after that is null and void, and you don’t need to fight it because you destroy them from where the fraud was created…the documents he is providing are the absolute bullet on contact fire spreads and destroys all their paper fraud…we have first-hand knowledge and experience.
